Sophie Wilksch is the Director of Shedding Community Workshop Inc - a NFP organisation located in Mullumbimby. “Shedding” facilitates workshops in carpentry and building as an avenue towards self-empowerment, resilience and community connection. All-inclusive workshops offer a safe supportive space to "shed your fears and build with curiosity" utilising natural and recycled materials to provide a hands-on education in sustainability.
Sophie has over 10 years experience in architecture, building, carpentry and joinery. She is trained in Compassionate Communication, Mental Health and First Aid. Sophie has a fiery passion for wellbeing, connection, friendship and celebrating the endless journey of learning together!
