Miriam Eleanor-Collins
Youth leader, Climate Resilience facilitator
Miriam is a 17 year old climate activist who grew up in the Lismore region surrounded by activists who have informed and inspired her to take action in her own unique way. Being fully aware of the threats that climate change poses to her generation and generations to come motivates her to encourage her peers to take action for positive change.
Miriam is a recent graduate of The Joyality Project’s Youth Leadership Training in Climate Resilience. After this training she continued with the Joyality team to co-create and co-facilitate Climate Resilience Community workshops held in the Byron Shire and Clarence Valley. And she is planning to continue leading, protesting and informing others.
